Property taxes become due on December 1st of the taxable year,
and become deliquent on December 31st of the same taxable year.
- Tax notices are normally mailed the last week of November for
that taxable year.
- If
your mortgage company usually pays your property taxes, please
forward the notice accordingly.

Property
taxes can be paid by mail, using the enclosed return envelope.

- This office will accept a December 31st postmark if payment is
enclosed.
