Deputy Licciardi began her law enforcement career nine years ago. She has been with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office since January 2005 and previously worked for Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff's Office and St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office. Deputy Licciardi is assigned to the Third District Patrol where she responds to domestic complaints, miscellaneous traffic calls and proactive patrol. As a patrol officer, her job offers challenges, opportunities and teamwork. Her responsibilities include FTO (Field Training Officer), as the new recruits or transfers from other agencies begin working the streets of Jefferson Parish, Deputy Licciardi trains and prepares the officers for their duties. She is a certified Intoxilyzer and occasionally will go out and assist with DWI's when the Traffic Division is not available. In the absence of her Sergeant she is called upon to step in as acting Sergeant and handle the daily paper work and approval of incident reports.
