Mark Kline has been employed at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office since November 28, 1983. Mark started his career with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office working at the Correctional Center in Intake Booking. Mark then transferred to Transportation. Early 1990 he was selected as one of the first two administrators for the Home Incarceration Program. Mark then transferred to the Electronics Division in 1992, and promoted to Lieutenant in 1998. The Electronics Division merged with the MIS division in 2000. Mark is responsible for maintaining the communications and information systems for JPSO. His daily duties include issuing and repairing handheld portable radios, maintaining the radio system, repair & configure computers, install laptops and vehicle radio modems in the police units. |
