Marrette LeBlanc started working for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office in 1970 as a Clerk in Central Records under Sheriff Cronvich. She worked for thirteen years and left JPSO for approximately twelve years to raise a family, then returning in 1996 to continue her career in Central Records under Deputy Chief John Day. Marrette is responsible for pulling reports for the public and other law enforcement agencies. She processes traffic reports from the Traffic Division and the Districts, verifies the reports to be ready for the public, and the mail. Marrette is also responsible for data entry of any hand written reports and assists with filing.
