Features of the System

The Master Search screen gives access to information from all of the modules.This will give a complete search, and is most helpful when the source of the original record is not known. You can search by any field and then choose a sort order by any field. The sort options include: Item Number, Make, Model, Year, Color, Reg No. , Reg State, Type, Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name. When the search result screen appears, simply click on the record to obtain the original detail data. You will see the original incident report, traffic ticket, online booking screen or other module, depending on the source of the record.
