ARMMS Search Screen

So, why is ARMMS a total law enforcement data solution?

This system has modules that can be integrated into one pool of data. All the information from different aspects of your law enforcement agency is at your fingertips.

The search screen for each module allows you to choose any field to search on. For example, you can search by Item Number or Last Name. You can then narrow the search by date range, and specify which field to sort the results. Wildcards can be used if the exact data is not known. Once the search results appear on screen, selecting a record will cause the original report to appear, whether it's a traffic ticket, warrant, incident report, booking, or other report. The search screens have a similar layout in all modules, providing ease of use and a short learning curve.

Other modules (traffic tickets, incident reporting, etc) link to the individual application, allowing data entry and reporting, as well as search capability.

ArcView is required for the GIS module. It can be used to see trends in calls, as well as drill down to the details of individual calls. The shape files containing the geographic information must be customized for each locality.
