Anthony Synigal has been employed at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office since January 25, 1994. Anthony started his career in the Narcotics Division then attended the Police Academy and graduated in 1996. He was assigned to the 2nd district patrol unit where he made Police Officer of the Year in 1997. In 1998 he returned to Narcotics as an Investigator. September 2001, he was assigned to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a Task Force Agent. He is also a sworn officer for the Department of Justice. Some responsibilities include working with different agencies including the FBI. His daily duties include working with informants, and targeting high level drug dealers. |

| Anthony has always wanted to work for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office since childhood. "I am thankful for the opportunity to work in the Narcotics Division and to make a difference in Jefferson Parish," said Synigal. | |
