Major Kerry Najolia 's law enforcement career began after he completed the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Academy in 1980. Since that time, Kerry completed the FBI National Academy and has been busy designing and writing the Defensive Tactics, Use of Force and Officer Survival Section of the POST Recruit and In-service training manuals. Currently, he is the Chairman for the POST Firearms / DT Committee. On an average day, Kerry can be found lecturing, training or managing critical incidents during SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) activations. |
