Kristina Wallace has been employed at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office since December 28, 2000. Kristina started her career with JPSO working within the Inmate Control Booth (POD) and has recently moved onto Central Control and South Wing Control. Her daily duties include running central control, checking inmate court dates and attorney visits for the inmates. She is also responsible for the inmates' daily meals, assuring the special diets needs are met for each inmate. In addition to her daily duties she is also responsible for inmate check-ins and check-outs, verifying that the inmate checking out information is correct. |

| Kristina Wallace has wanted to work for the Sheriff's Office since she was 17 yrs. of age; she enjoys her job and finds it very interesting. "Working in the Correctional Center gives me an inside look at what the road officer sees on the street," said Wallace. Kristina's plans are to one day go through the academy and become a probation officer. | |
